Bien Buena

Second Release For Orianna

Sparrow & Barbossa drop Latin Afro track!  The Madrid-based DJ and production duo have teamed up with Cuban vocalist Eribertho Cruz to release their latest track, ‘Bien Buena’, and it’s an absolute banger!

This seductive and alluring single, available now via Sony Latin label Orianna, captures the essence of Cuba with its Afro House influences and Caribbean rhythms. The track opens with a traditional rumba groove, setting the stage for Cruz’s impressive vocals to take centre stage with the catchy lyrics “Que rica esa rumbera.”

Sparrow & Barbossa’s love and agility with Latin rhythm patterns are on full display in ‘Bien Buena’, as they blend together piano, maracas, clave, and shakers. The track then transitions seamlessly to a pulsating electronic groove, taking listeners on a journey that circles back to the more traditional music instruments with an Afro-jazz-tinged twist for the finale.

‘Bien Buena’ is the second official release from their upcoming album ‘Réciprocité’, and it’s clear that Sparrow & Barbossa are not holding back. Their earlier release, ‘Condenao’, dropped on March 17th and is another fun and festive club tune that captures the essence of Latin House music with Salsa-style piano chords and the fantastic vocal delivery of Marbella-based singer and frequent collaborator, G.Zamora.

To celebrate the release of their upcoming album, the duo will be touring across Latin America, Albania, and Ibiza throughout the Spring and Summer of 2023. Catch them in a city near you!
