For their last release of 2021, they have a surprising EP, 100% made in their home Mozambique. It’s a special one as it reunites all the greatest artists of the Mozambican Afro house scene: Sky White, with “Mantequilla”, Doube Drop, Navaa and Aris with “Nothing to Say”, and Navaa, with “Misty Temple” and “Terra dos Sonhos”. Sky White furnishes this package with the traditional, convincing, rhythmically melodic afro house sound of “Matequilla” and also on his remix of Double Drop and Navaa’s “Nothing to say” which features the voice of Arisis, with its Afrohouse core groove and a more melodic piano line. Navaa’s “Misty Temple” and “Terra dos Sonhos” are pure organic house vibes: sweet, atmospheric and deeply mesmerizing. MOS leave 2021 behind with a lot of good music and hope that we’ll be partying to lots of it over the holiday break.
