Legendary Afrohouse group Black Motion sent the scene into a frenzy when their break up was initially announced.  Denial statements followed, but it seemed the writing was on the wall as Murda began performing internationally as Mörda with flyers stating Black Motion (DJ).

Rumours began circulating in June when African electronic music urban legend Kabelo ‘Problem Child Ten3’ Koma performed alongside Thabo “Smol” Mabongwa.  Captioned Ten83 visits Black Motion on social media, the duo had patrons raving and exclaiming that they were a match made in heaven.

Who is Kabelo Koma?  With releases and remixes such as Papaya (2013), Pretty Disaster (2012), Sticky Beats (2014), and Project Limpopo (2016) that have been firm staples in many a DJ crate, he is one of Afrohouse’s earliest and most talented exports that never got the acclaim he so richly deserved.  Problem Child Ten83 is a highly skilled selfless self-taught DJ and producer who has shared his knowledge with many artists who are familiar to us.

We wish this new chapter for Black Motion every future success.
